Return and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any items with the tag intact to us for an exchange or a refund within 10 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any returns that have had the tag removed or altered.

All purchases or custom jewelry, special items or items which are on sale are final and cannot be returned. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition with the tag intact and unaltered. It is strongly recommended you confirm your sizes before placing a custom order. Please contact us if you need any assistance with this.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made an error, whether it is a return or an exchange.

We recommend shipping all items through UPS. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.

We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please include the original invoice.

Privacy Policy

We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party either from transactions on this website or signing up for our guest list.
